About Ankie & Dana

We met while rowing (and sometimes studying) at UC Davis in California. We relocated together for graduate school and, after earning Masters degrees at the University of Northern Colorado, continued what would prove to be a lifelong commitment to serving others.

For over 20 years, Dana contributed to REI Co-Op members’ enjoyment of the outdoors, ultimately overseeing aspects of product quality, testing and engineering. Ankie worked her way through both degrees by working in senior home health care and parks and recreation. After graduation, she ultimately ended up directing innovative and successful Senior Recreation Programs for the award-winning City of Fort Collins, CO Parks and Recreation program.

Our family has called the Pacific Northwest home for nearly 25 years. With our commitment to community, we found a natural fit with the John L Scott family in 2015 and have joined them in ‘living life as a contribution’ ever since.

We keep our clients’ best interests top of mind as we negotiate on their behalf. Yes, we physically show up for open inspections and appraisals to ensure our clients' needs are represented every step of the way from contract to closing.

The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. We monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes.
