- Order Appraisal
- Receive Escrow Packet - Return ASAP (Possible ID Affidavit requested)
- Appraisal takes place (Possible Conditions, this is rare)
- Documents go to Lender for Underwriting
- Lender may request additional verification of documentation
- Final Conditions from Underwriter (i.e.: buyer bank statement, proof of employment, paystubs)
- Final walk through/re-inspection
- Final approval from Underwriter (Possible final conditions, this is rare)
- Documents drawn by Lender & sent to Escrow
- Escrow works up your documents
- Signing Appointment set by Escrow - expect a call
- Signings by Seller & Buyer (Separate appointments)
- Escrow sends Lender final signed documents
- Lender Releases Funds
- Recording of New Owner at County
- Transfer of Title from Seller to Buyer
- Property is Closed
- Keys are provided to Buyer!
